INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOINING IN.

1.  To enter the competition, simply go to the Registration For New Members page via the  Conditions of Entry page.  Existing members can access the competition via the Members Area Sign In.

 

2.  On the Registration For New Members page, complete the registration form using your email address and favourite password and submit it.  You have our guarantee that your email address will never be passed to a third party.  See our Privacy Policy.

 

3.  You will receive authorisation instructions along with a competition number by email almost immediately.  Store these details in a safe place for future reference, we do not have password recovery at this stage.

 

4.  When you have your emailed instructions, follow the simple instructions and you will be acknowleged as being registered.  Click on the Home page link to return to the action.

 

5.  Go to the Members Area Sign In.  On the way to the sign page you will first be directed to a page that contains important information about each crossword competition that should be read before starting a new crossword.  

 

6.  Continue on to the Members Page and log on using your email address and password. After you’ve been successfully logged in you will be automatically directed to the competition page.  Here you will find a list of crossword competitions, both old and new.  Select a new crossword competition, or if already registered, one that you have already started by clicking the VIEW link. So long as you save your handywork, it will be available when you return to the competition at a later time to complete the crossword.  

 

7.  Available Crossword competitions can be identified by a YES in the ENTERED INTO COMPETITION column and to activate the crossword select VIEW.  If there is more than one crossword available to play and if you want to have a go at a new one,  just click onto VIEW and play the new crossword.  You will note that there is no competition number entered when you start but when you save the crossword, you will be automatically registered and allocated a number for that game.

 

8.  The competition matrix is interactive and clues can be entered or changed at will.  If you want to go to bed or get back to work, always SELECT SAVE.  If you do not select save, your information will be lost.

When your  information is saved it will be waiting for you at a later time to complete but only relevant as a competition for the duration of that particular  crossword.

At the discretion of the promoter, all expired competition data will be archived following the successful completion and expiration of each crossword competition period.  

 

9.  Once again.  When you are satisfied with your answers and have completed the matrix,  MAKE SURE YOU SAVE your data.  

 

10.  You can then sit back and wait to see if you have been a successful competitor.  To protect your privacy, prize winning  numbers only will  be posted on the web site.   Competition winners will be the first correct entries drawn by a computer random  draw of relevant competition numbers immediately after the closing time of each competition.

 

11.  All competition winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter the competition.  Complete instructions for collection or delivery will follow.

 

12.  Should email contact fail to gain a response from the winner of any prize catagory within thirty (30) days, the prize will either be forfeited and used appropriately to fund future prizes,  go into a jackpot or be used as the promoter shall deem appropriate.  All monetary values quoted on this web site will be in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
