

CYBERWORD CHALLENGE COMPETITION
Conditions of Entry.
1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to the International community or as according to the advertised criteria.
3. To enter, simply read and ACCEPT the conditions of entry and complete the registration form. You will receive further confirmation and registration instructions immediately by email. Once back to the main page, logon to the member area using your email address and password and join in the competition as often as needed to complete the crossword matrix. Keep your competition number in a safe place for the entire game because you may need this number reference during or after the game.
4. Participants can only enter once for each competition and entries are limited to one per person. Only one email address per entrant will be accepted. Registration is necessary for receipt of a competition number which will be entered in the draw if your entry is correct. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software will make entries invalid.
5. Each CyberWord Challenge promotion commences and closes as per the advice displayed with each CyberWord Challenge competition.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to, the utilisation of techniques designed for multiple entries, or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
7. The first valid and correct entry identified by it’s competition number and determined by computer random number selection will win the major prize. Subsequent prizes will be determined by the same method. If prize winners are drawn from one multiple number draw, first to last will be determined from left to right and top to bottom.
8. The multiple prize draw will take place within twenty four (24) hours of the closing date and time as displayed with each crossword competition. Winners will be notified by email and prize winning competition numbers only will be published on the “Winning Numbers” page of the web site.
9. Total prize pool is varied as per the current information posted on the “Current Competition and Prize Page”. All monetary values will be in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
10. Prizes are only transferable at the discretion of the promoter. So long as it is humanly possible, prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) days after the draw. Commodity prizes will not be redeemable for cash.
11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. All entries become the property of CyberWord Challenge. All details will be held in accordance with the CyberWordChallenge.com Privacy Policy which is simply a guarantee that your personal particulars will never be made available to any third party.
13. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion,) the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority). The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
15. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
